Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before check in date will be considered for refund.
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance but less than 30 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 night’s tariff or half of the booking amount; whichever may be higher.
  • No shows and cancellations made 0 to 15 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
  • In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 10 % as payment processing charges.
  • No Refund during Season & Peak Season ( 2018  October 1st  - 2019 March 31st )
